SHIPPING & RETURNS
We have a 10 days Return Policy for beads and supplies. If 10 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not pay for return shipping cost unless it was an error made by Krafts and Beads.
Sale items and Custom Orders are exempt from being returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Currently we only ship in the United States.
We mostly ship using United States Postal Service. If you have a special request or need your items immediately. Please call and we will try to accommodate your request.

Items ordered Monday through Friday before noon, we make every attempt to ship the same day or within 24 hours. The exception will be made for major holidays. In the event, your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, a holiday or during Company Wide Vacation, your order will be shipped the very next business day. Items that are custom ordered will experience a short delay.
